Summary
We are working on behalf of our reputable client in Croydon to recruit a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional seeking to develop their career within a well-established dealership or independent garage. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining workshop efficiency.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Overtime opportunities available
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis
- Stable working hours within a friendly team environment

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct routine vehicle servicing, including oil, filters, brakes, and suspension work
- Perform clutch replacements and mechanical repairs with precision
- Diagnose faults efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Maintain comprehensive repair records and communicate findings effectively to colleagues and customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop environment
- Proficiency in working on clutches, brakes, suspension, and oil service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
