Summary
Our client, a reputable nationwide accident repair centre based in Thurrock, is seeking a highly skilled ATA MET Technician to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician looking to develop their career within a state-of-the-art bodyshop environment. - Potential OTE of £70,000
- Monday to Friday working schedule, no weekend shifts

Duties:
- Conduct vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs to a high standard as an ATA MET Technician
- Perform steering geometry alignment and adjustments
- Carry out glazing and minor panel repairs
- Prepare and prime panels to first masking stage
- Evacuate and recharge vehicle air conditioning systems
- Work with plastic repairs
- Maintain a high productivity rate
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with team members
- Prioritise reworks and follow safety procedures diligently
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an ATA MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment
- Eye for detail and quality awareness
- Strong communication skills and competent in reading and writing English
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- NVQ Level 3 or senior ATA accreditation preferred
- Own tools and equipment
- Full UK driving licence
