We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our client’s well-established dealership. If you are passionate about providing top-quality customer care and eager to develop your career within the automotive industry, this role offers the perfect platform to achieve your goals.

Duties as a Service Advisor:
- Advising customers on vehicle services and repairs in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking service appointments and managing workshop schedules efficiently
- Upselling additional services and relevant parts to maximise workshop profit
- Liaising with workshop staff to ensure timely and smooth service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Providing excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Friendly and loyal personality, with a strong commitment to long-term employment
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential
- Good organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing demands
- Confidence in managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets
