Our client, a reputable body shop in Sittingbourne, Kent, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their professional team.

Duties as a Panel Beater:
- Repair and replace vehicle panels to industry standards using appropriate techniques
- Strip and refit vehicles ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Document repair work accurately using computer systems and relevant software
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout all tasks
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Ensure all repairs are consistent with manufacturer guidelines and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Panel Beater is preferred but not compulsory
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work to high standards following correct procedures
- Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ are advantageous but not essential if you possess the necessary skills
- IT literacy beneficial for documenting and managing work records
- A professional approach, high attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
