Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of £29,500
- On Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £38,000 annually, with achievable bonus schemes
- Additional bonuses include a £1,500 loyalty bonus and a £6,000 yearly performance bonus paid monthly
- Average monthly bonus of approximately £400, leading to an annual bonus potential of circa £12,300
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturdays on a rota basis, approximately every other week, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
- Opportunities for continuous technical training and development within a supportive team environment
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Ensure quality control and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on every job as a vehicle technician
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising service quality
- Document and report work carried out accurately and comprehensively
- Stay updated with industry advancements and manufacturer technical documentation
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout all work processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician within the motor trade
- MOT Tester accreditation is essential
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving licence
