Summary
Our client, a reputable company specialising in cosmetic repairs at customer locations, is seeking an experienced Mobile SMART Repairer to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mobile SMART Repairer to showcase their craftsmanship and work independently across various customer sites.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £38,000 per annum, DOE
- Potential annual earnings of up to £44,000, including bonuses
- Bonus scheme offering up to £6,000 additional earnings per year
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Autonomous work at multiple customer locations

Duties as a Mobile SMART Repairer:
- Carry out mobile SMART repairs, including minor bodywork, paintwork, and cosmetic refinishing
- Prepare panels through sanding, masking, priming, and colour matching to achieve flawless finishes
- Deliver high-quality cosmetic repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Manage your mobile van, ensuring proper maintenance of tools and stock levels
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards while maximising customer satisfaction
- Provide professional customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Accurately document repair work and complete necessary reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mobile SMART Repairer or within a bodyshop paint environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality results
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Competent in using modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
- Valid UK driving licence and comfortable operating a mobile repair vehicle
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Dedicated to maintaining safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
