Duties:
- Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of modern vehicles.
- Lead technical projects within the workshop and support junior technicians
- Ensure all work is completed to main dealer standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Advise service advisors and customers on technical issues and repair options
- Maximise upsell opportunities on repairs and parts
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and technical work performed
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and promote customer satisfaction
Requirements as a Senior Master Technician:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Current MOT licence
- Extensive diagnostic experience with modern vehicle technology
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Professional, customer-oriented approach
- Full UK driving licence
