JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to join our friendly and well‑established school office team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive work ethic. You should be able to represent the school in a professional, warm, and approachable manner at all times.
This role requires someone who is adaptable, flexible, and confident managing a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. You will need excellent administrative skills and the ability to work proactively under your own initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of the wider administration team.
