The successful candidate must hold GCSEs in Maths and English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in order to fulfil the requirements of this role to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and agencies
• Managing telephone calls, emails, post and internal communication
• Maintaining accurate pupil records and admissions documentation
• Supporting attendance recording, first‑day absence calls and follow‑up communication
• Preparing letters, newsletters, reports and meeting documents
• Managing stock, ordering supplies, recording purchase orders and receipting goods
• Maintaining Inventry, door access systems and school uniform processes
• Providing administrative support for events, parents’ evenings, welfare tasks and First Aid needs
• Supporting social media updates, website maintenance and school communications
