• Salary: £25,185-£25,989 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
• Actual Salary: £8,666-£8,943 per annum
We are seeking a professional, organised,punctual and reliable Business Support Officer to join our busy and supportive team. This key role provides a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across reception, office administration, and HR support. You will manage communications, handle enquiries, maintain records, and support school events while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding, and professionalism.Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner are essential in building positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, be proficient with ICT, and confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems to maintain accurate records and manage information effectively. You will be able to prioritise tasks, respond to competing demands, and liaise efficiently with staff, parents, and external organisations. A positive, calm, and professional approach is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
