Job Title: Restaurant Operations Supervisor

* Salary Range: £26000 to £28000 per annum (12.5 – 13.46)

* About the post: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our management team as a Restaurant Operations Supervisor. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys leading people, improving processes, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key part in supporting the Restaurant Manager, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
* Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead preshift briefings and communicate daily goals and expectations.
* Assist with staff training, development, and performance monitoring.
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
* Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
* Oversee stock control, deliveries, and storage procedures.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
* Help manage rotas, shift planning, and labour costs.
* Support promotional activities, events, and business development initiatives.
* Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
* Relevant Experience: 2 years
* Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken English
* Bonuses of incentive schemes : £1500 to £3000 per year
