Your new role
As Demand Planner you will build a rolling forecast for a category of products, taking into account historical data, trends, promotions and customer insights. You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, highlighting variances and recommending appropriate actions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience in a similar role, with strong analytical, planning and communication skills. It is an advantage if you have experience controlling demand in a relatively high sku environment (ie 750 +), supporting retail and e-commerce customers. Familiarity with advanced planning and ERP tools (eg Logility, Arkieva, Kinaxis, Slim4, Anaplan, SAP APO, Dynamics365, AX etc), and high performing S&OP is also an advantage, as is experience of integrating new products into the forecast / NPD.
