Summary
Residential Support Worker
A specialist education and care provider in Longridge, Preston is seeking dedicated and resilient Support Workers to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis through a leading education recruitment agency. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with additional needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges, in a structured and therapeutic setting.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people develop independence, emotional regulation, and life skills. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, high-quality care and support both in and out of the classroom setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
