This forward-thinking Alternative Provision in Harlow is seeking two committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dynamic team.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
· Provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, behavioural needs, ASD, ADHD, and other SEND profiles
· Work closely with specialist teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
· Support students in 1:1 and small-group learning settings
· Help create an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment where every learner can succeed
· Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional support, and positive relationship building
· Contribute to creative, hands-on learning activities that form part of a personalised curriculum

· Willingness to learn and take on training
· Ability to work Monday-Friday, term time
