We are working closely with a number of fantastic Primary and SEN schools across Enfield, Haringey, and Walthamstow, all seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams after Easter.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
- Support classroom learning, helping children engage with lessons
- Work alongside teachers and therapy teams to implement tailored support strategies
- Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
These roles offer excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth-perfect for someone looking to build a career in education, psychology, therapy, or SEN support.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Previous SEN or classroom experience (desirable but not essential)
- A patient, caring and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
- Availability to start after the Easter break
- Access to ongoing training and development, including CPD courses
- A dedicated consultant (me!) supporting you throughout your journey
- Flexible work options to suit your schedule
- Opportunities across a variety of school settings
- Weekly pay through PAYE

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
