- Provide tailored one-on-one support to individual students, addressing their unique learning needs and helping them overcome challenges
- Lead small group activities that encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and creative expression
- Assist with the creation and implementation of engaging lesson plans, ensuring that our learners are captivated and challenged
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and their families, collaborating with teaching staff to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to our client's policies and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the creation of a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and fosters a love of learning
- Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in a Level 3 TA role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and fellow staff members
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of technology, including educational software and digital learning tools
