Summary
Do you have experience working with young people - or the confidence to step into a classroom and take on a new challenge?
Are you resilient, adaptable, and looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?
We're supporting several well-regarded secondary schools across in the Andover and surrounding areas. We're looking for calm, confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to step in and support students when teachers are absent.
If you bring a positive attitude and feel comfortable leading a classroom, we'd love to hear from you.
No experience? No problem!
We provide training, guidance and experience days so you feel confident from day one.
What success looks like as a Cover Supervisor
In your first few weeks (Days 1-30):
- Deliver pre-set work and keep lessons on track
- Learn school routines and build positive relationships
- Show reliability and professionalism in every placement
As you settle in (around 60 days):
- Become a familiar, trusted face in local schools
- Confidently support different year groups and subjects
- Demonstrate calm, consistent behaviour management
As you grow (around 90 days):
- Become a go-to cover supervisor in your area
- Lead lessons independently
- Build a strong reputation for reliability and impact

Pay: From £120 per day (PAYE)
