Your Role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Residential Support Worker to join our Supported Accommodation Service. This role will support the deputy in leading a high quality service for young people aged 16+ who require semi-independent accommodation, guidance, and consistent support as they transition toward adulthood.
You will play a key role in ensuring our offer meets the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, Ofsted requirements, and Stockport’s vision for safe, nurturing, and development-focused placements.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience working in Supported Accommodation, Supported Lodgings, residential care, leaving care, or a similar setting.

You will understand the Supported Accommodation Regulations, Ofsted expectations, and safeguarding frameworks and be committed to promoting young people’s independence, safety, and wellbeing.

You will have the ability to remain calm, solution focused, and resilient in fast paced situations and have excellent communication, organisational, and recording skills.
