Summary

A Lead Performance Analyst is a thought leader within the Data Analysis community and leads the development of Performance Analysts at any level, coordinating teams or groups of related analysts.

As a Lead Performance Analyst, you will influence the strategy as determined by the Principal Performance Analyst, including data implementation and data architecture.

You will understand the value of analysis, and contribute to the selection of data sources, analytical techniques and tools that are used at each point throughout the performance analysis lifecycle.

You will build and manage a network of colleagues and contacts, sharing examples of best practice in analytics across Home Office projects and with other analysts in government.
