Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join an established client based in Newbridge on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis.
Our client operates a busy warehouse facility in Newbridge, with immediate starts available for reliable and experienced candidates.
What's on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm
- £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
- Full training provided
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all items loaded and unloaded match the relevant paperwork
- Reporting any damaged or missing items to supervisors promptly
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean, tidy and well maintained
The ideal Warehouse Operative will have:
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally using handheld scanners (beneficial but not essential)
- Good physical fitness and strength
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
