What you'll do

  • Attend training that supports the role
  • Train, coach and mentor new and existing team members on-the-job in:
  • Promote our wine offer
  • Maintain the service standards of selling still and sparkling wines by the glass & bottle
  • Ensure storage of wines the business to maintain quality
  • Achieve wine sales targets
  • Update colleagues on new wines & arrange training of them
  • Monitor wine sales to assist in identifying training opportunities & boost growth
  • Be empowered to carry out ad-hoc and on-going coaching of colleagues where they observe standards not being met
  • Feedback on all relevant matters concerning wine quality to managers
  • Be open to support and work at various events where opportunities arise
