We are looking for an experienced and passionate Event Manager to join our team at UWC Atlantic, St Donat's. . Working with Holroyd Howe, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional events ranging from conferences and fine dining experiences to weddings and school functions.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver a variety of events from concept to completion
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Liaise with internal teams including catering, kitchen, and operations to ensure seamless delivery
Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown on-site
Prepare event proposals, costings, and manage budgets effectively
Ensure compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and positive feedback
Qualifications
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
A proactive, hands-on attitude with great attention to detail
Desirable:
Experience in contract catering or educational settings
Knowledge of event planning systems or hospitality software
