Production Operative

Pay: £12.21 – £13.68 per hour
Location: Droitwich
Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling and moving finished goods
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks and labelling products
• Loading and unloading pallets
• Supporting production lines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
