Impact Futures Group have a brand new opportunity for a talented individual to join our FRFA team as Head of Partnerships.


This is a homebased role with a requirement for occasional travel.

The Role:

To lead and develop the partnerships and sales function at First Response First Aid, driving strategic growth through the
identification, development, and management of high-value commercial partnerships across the UK. The Head of Partnerships will own
the full partnerships lifecycle — from prospecting and proposition development through to onboarding, account management, and
performance reporting — ensuring that every partnership delivers measurable revenue and brand value for FRFA and the wider Impact
Futures Group. This is a senior, highly commercial role requiring a confident leader who can build compelling business cases,
influence at board level, and create scalable partnership models that accelerate cross-sell activity across the group's portfolio
of training brands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Partnership Strategy & Growth
- Develop and own the FRFA partnerships strategy, identifying sectors, organisations, and channels where strategic partnerships
can drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, prioritising opportunities based on revenue potential, strategic fit, and
alignment with group objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership development process from initial approach through to contract execution and onboarding.
- Identify and develop referral, reseller, and affiliate partnership models suited to FRFA's training portfolio.
- Represent FRFA at industry events, sector forums, and networking opportunities to raise the company's profile and generate new
partnership leads.

- Cross-Selling & Portfolio Development
- Drive cross-sell activity across the Impact Futures Group portfolio, proactively introducing partner organisations and existing
clients to the full range of training products including Caring for Care clinical training and Project Bedrock/Tend.
- Develop and maintain a clear cross-sell proposition for each partnership, articulating the value of the wider group offering in
a compelling and commercially relevant way.
- Create joint value propositions and co-branded materials with strategic partners to maximise engagement and training uptake.

- Partner Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of active partnerships, acting as the senior point of contact for all strategic partners.
- Conduct regular structured partnership reviews, assessing performance against agreed targets and identifying growth
opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs in line with company objectives and margin requirements.

- Reporting & Performance Management
- Own partnerships performance reporting, providing the senior leadership team with regular, accurate updates on pipeline,
revenue, partner activity, and ROI.
- Set and monitor KPIs for each active partnership, taking corrective action where performance falls short of targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records across all partnership activity, ensuring full pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the board to inform partnership investment decisions and strategic
priorities.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure partnerships are commercially viable and
operationally deliverable.
- Contribute to board-level strategic planning, presenting partnership performance, market opportunities, and growth
recommendations.
- Line manage all partnership executives or coordinators within the team, supporting their development and performance.

About You:

Essential
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a senior commercial role.
- Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, or senior account management in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling commercial partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at senior and board level.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and managing commercial frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior audiences.
- Proficient in CRM systems HUBSPOT experience would be of an advantage
- Experienced in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Full UK driving licence.

Desirable
- Experience within the training, workforce development, health & safety, or compliance sectors.
- Familiarity with group or multi-brand commercial structures and cross-sell environments.
- Experience of public sector partnerships or procurement-led sales environments.
- Knowledge of the care, clinical, or facilities management sectors.
