Key Responsibilities – Home Care / Domiciliary Care Manager
Manage the day-to-day running of the home care service in Southampton
Grow the domiciliary care business and increase hours delivered
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and inspections
Develop and implement business growth strategies
Build strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
Recruit, train and lead care staff and coordinators
Maintain high standards of care, compliance and governance
Support the development of a new supported living provision
Requirements – Domiciliary Care Manager Job
Previous experience as a Home Care Manager, Domiciliary Care Manager, or Registered Manager
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
Proven ability to grow a domiciliary care service
Commercial awareness and business development skills
Excellent leadership and organisational abilities
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
