Developing South West care provider are looking for a passionate registered nurse to join their dementia focused nursing home just outside of Sidmouth.
This Nursing home caters for up to 48 residents, with their aim to ensure all residents feel as comfortable & happy as possible. The Registered Manager is looking for an RGN/RMN/Registered Nurse to provide hands on clinical care while promoting independence, dignity and respect through positive risk-taking and empowerment.
About the Role:
Our ideal applicant, candidate will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) within a similar setting. Working closely with the care and management team, you will promote high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner. You will be required to perform all general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, update care plans and administer safe medication. You will provide a high standard of care, work well as part of a team and individually.
