Summary
Location: Margate, Kent
Pay: £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.85 p/h after 12 weeks (Pay rate as of 1st April= £12.71 per hour)
⏰ Shifts various: Monday-Sunday, between 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM

We're seeking enthusiastic Waste & Recycling Assistants to join an essential public service team in Margate.
What You'll Do
- Support daily waste and recycling collections across Thanet
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Operate as part of a fast‑paced, friendly team
- Follow clear instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, flexible team players
- Able to get to Margate by 5:45 AM (must not rely on public transport)
- Experience working outdoors
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
- Willingness to work early starts or late finishes when required
- Applicants must be 18+
