Summary
Contract Teaching Assistant West Monkton CofE Primary School, part of The Oak Partnership Trust, seeks to appoint a Teaching Assistant. We are looking to employ a member of staff who is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the school and has patience. The role involves working on a 1:1 basis and in small pupil intervention groups. Key responsibilities include: Working 1:1 with pupils with a range of specific SEND, as required.Working in small intervention groups.Implementing adaptations to learning identified by the class teachers and SENDCo.Working closely with the class Teachers, Pastoral Assistant and other Teaching Assistants to support the pupils. Please refer to the job description for more information.Experience Desirable:Experience in education.Experience Supporting pupils with SEND.Experience working with High Needs children.Salary: Grade 15 point 3, £17,009 per annum, pro rataHours of work: 30 hours 25 minutes per week.
