Job Title: Marketing & Admissions Director
Location: Remote | Regular travel to school sites across the UK.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

The Marketing & Admissions Director will provide strategic leadership for brand, demand generation and admissions performance across Blenheim Schools.

The role owns the end-to-end journey from market positioning and enquiry generation through to admissions and enrolment, ensuring growth is aligned to school capacity, educational delivery and long-term sustainability.

Reporting to the Commercial & Transformation Director, this role will play a key part in delivering Blenheim Schools’ growth strategy, supporting both organic expansion and integration of new schools.

The role leads a multi-disciplinary team including Admissions, School Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing, setting clear direction while enabling strong delivery at school level.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

Define and deliver the marketing and admissions strategy for Blenheim Schools
Translate group and divisional priorities into clear, executable plans
Contribute to the wider commercial and transformation agenda across the division
Act as a senior leader within the Blenheim Schools leadership team

Growth & Performance

Own the full enquiry-to-enrolment journey, ensuring a strong and sustainable pipeline
Balance growth ambitions with school capacity, cohort planning and operational readiness
Use data and insight to drive decision-making, prioritisation and investment

Admissions Leadership

Provide strategic leadership to the Admissions function
Ensure admissions frameworks, standards and forecasting are robust and scalable
Maintain oversight of risk, safeguarding and reputational considerations

Marketing & Brand

Lead marketing strategy across schools and digital channels
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and quality across Blenheim Schools
Oversee school-level marketing delivery alongside central digital capability
Drive awareness and demand in priority geographic markets

Team Leadership & Capability

Lead, develop and performance-manage a high-performing team
Set clear objectives, ways of working and accountability across functions
Build capability to support growth across a multi-site school group

Stakeholder & Governance

Work closely with school leaders to align admissions and growth plans with delivery
Partner with central functions including finance, education and operations
Provide clear reporting and insight to the Commercial & Transformation Director and Group stakeholders
Experience:

Essential

Senior leadership experience across marketing and/or admissions
Proven experience driving growth in a multi-site, regulated environment
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth and risk
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Data-driven approach to performance and decision-making
Strong stakeholder management at senior level
Desirable

Experience within education or a comparable sector
Background in private equity-backed or high-growth organisations
