Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a Golf Shop Assistant who is passionate about giving excellent customer experience and has an interest in golf to support in the daily operation of the golf shop.

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all members and guests of the club.
- Providing good product knowledge and assistance to customers in the shop.
- Assisting and answering questions relating to the golf operations and tee times.
- Ensure the shop is well stocked and presentable, raising any ordering needs to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Carrying out daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming and rubbish removal and weekly dusting.
- Ensure all Green Fee Payers check-in in accordance with club guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail/shop assistant role or a passion and desire to learn.
- Interest and knowledge in Golf is preferable.
- Good customer service and organisational abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
