Summary
1. Development and maintenance of robust administrative systems and processes to support the running of the Trusts Apprenticeship Centre, which is subject to audit by the DfE, internal auditors and Ofsted inspectors.2. Entering data onto Trust and national government systems.3. Preparing timely and accurate statutory data returns, including ILR returns to the DfEand regional returns to NHS England (NHSE).4. Tracking and monitoring of learner progression and performance against contracts.5. Liaising with teams across the trust to ensure consistent capture of data and related funding claims. Querying and rectifying any anomalies for the ILR & NHSE returns. Also, monitoring, checking and preparation of monthly claims by partners, i.e. End Point Assessment costs.6. Collection of evidence and data to support internal auditing and reporting, Self Assessment Reports (SARs), Ofsted and DfE Inspection processes.7. Production of internal reports to support the monitoring of public sector apprenticeship targets, levy expenditure and programme quality assurance.8. Support process with the trust Finance Team to reconcile ILR returns against DfEpayments received to the Trusts bank accounts. Support maintenance of financialrecords of payments / invoices and contract expenditure.9. Creating training materials for and delivery of training on required audit documentation and sharing of in-depth knowledge of current SFA Funding Rules and Apprenticeship Reforms.10.Liaison with leads on apprentices contracts, internal and external stakeholders.11.Dealing with general telephone enquiries for the Education Department and theApprenticeship Centre in relation to apprenticeship data and apprenticeship centrequality data.12.Work to ensure continuous quality improvement and service excellence to meet therequirements of Ofsted, DfE and Awarding Organisations.13.Produce data to inform the Internal Quality Assurance process, liaising and supporting the Accredited Centre Manager, IQAs and Assessors to implement improvements.14.Remain up to date with the guidance from the DfE and ensure that this is implemented into the day-to-day delivery for quality assurance and audit purposes.15.Remain up to date with safeguarding and prevent training and ensure that this inembedded through the full delivery of the apprenticeship documentation.16.In line with the Trusts being a major provider in Community and Primary care services, the post holder will be expected to support these developments and take responsibility for areas of responsibility within any future service developments.17.Minimise the Trusts environmental impact wherever possible, including recycling, switching off lights, computers, monitors and equipment when not in use. Helping to reduce paper waste by minimising printing/copying and reducing water usage, reporting faults and heating/cooling concerns promptly and minimising travel. Where the role includes the ordering and use of supplies or equipment, the post holder will consider the environmental impact of purchases.
