Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Birmingham
Salary: £61,000 - £68,000 + car allowance
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a Highway project in Birmingham. This project includes road improvements, new bus stops, and enhanced bus and cycle routes.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead commercial reporting & client applications
•
Manage NEC contracts (Option C preferred)
•
Provide leadership to the commercial team
•
Build strong relationships with clients & site teams
What We're Looking For:
•
Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor
• 5 Years+ experience on Heavy Civils
•
Strong highways / infrastructure experience
•
Proven NEC contract experience (Option C ideal)
•
Strong commercial, reporting & communication skills
•
Leadership / mentoring experience
