We are seeking a People Technology Analyst to support the effective operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our people platforms within the People & Culture (P&C) function at ISS UK & Ireland.​

This role plays a key part in enabling our ambition to be the world’s Leading Frontline Employer by ensuring our HR technology landscape is robust, efficient, and delivers a seamless experience for employees, managers, and P&C colleagues.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can ensure our systems support digitised, high-quality people processes across recruitment, onboarding, people administration, and data management.

​You will work closely with colleagues across P&C, technology partners, and AMS teams to maintain system stability, enhance functionality, and support data integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day administration of core people systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.

Configure and maintain Position Management and support Employee Central activities.

Liaise with AMS colleagues to facilitate configuration changes, permission updates, and enhancements.

Manage upgrades, releases, and testing cycles with group colleagues.

Prepare data import templates and support mass data loads.

Provide second-line user support, resolving incidents in line with SLAs and escalating where required.

Analyse people processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, or digital improvement.

Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and collaborate with People Analytics teams.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Position Management and Employee Central.

Proven ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot complex system or data issues.

Experience using an IT ticketing system (Gira desirable but not essential).

Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Good understanding of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with a commitment to data quality.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical users.
