Summary
Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm, is looking to recruit a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its respected team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a senior role with a strong regional firm offering flexibility on office base, hybrid working, and good quality work.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for a varied client base across the region. The firm is open to candidates being based in Newcastle, Durham or Darlington, depending on preference.
The work is likely to include:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development work
- Property finance matters
- General commercial property transactions
- Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous, though it is
not essential.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE or above in Commercial Property
- Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Commercially aware with strong client care skills
- Looking to join a well-established firm with a solid reputation
- Agricultural property experience would be a distinct advantage
