Summary
Location Solutions Wales is a logistics and equipment supplier for Film, Tv and Events.
Responsibilities ;
Keeping the workshop and associated areas clean, tidy and organised.
Preparing a range of equipment suitable for hire and checking over equipment when this returns to the workshop.
Maintaining a high standard of equipment, ensuring repairs are done where needed and logged correctly onto the relevant systems.
Some of our equipment is heavy, a level of physical fitness is needed.
Adhere strictly to Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements
Undertake additional duties within your capabilities as directed by the Workshop Supervisor or Manager
The Candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills, be flexible with work hours as the film and television industry changes at short notice.
The candidate should be able to work independently and with our small team with a keen eye for detail.
The Candidate may need to be available for overtime and call-out work when required
Essential
Clean UK driving license
Basic computing literacy
Excellent communication skills
Own transport, due to location.
Trustworthy & Honest
Able to follow instruction
Desirable
Workshop experience of 2 years
C1+E license
PAT Test qualified
Machinery Qualifications (Forklift, Telescopic Handler)
Onsite and in house training provided
