Summary
Are you an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner who is looking for the opportunity to join a friendly nursery team in Calne?
Are you reliable, honest, organised, hardworking, and fun to be with?
Tiny Bubbles is a small and friendly nursery offering quality childcare to local families in Calne. We have a rare opportunity to join the team as our Baby & Toddler Room Leader. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 or above full and relevant childcare qualification (or DfE approved Experience Based equivalent), Paediatric First Aid, a good understanding of Safeguarding and be able to use their initiative. You must have an exceptional knowledge of
the Early Years Foundation Stage and a passion for working with young children.
You will:
• Lead practice and model high-quality interactions
• Understand and implement the EYFS
• Oversee safeguarding in the room
• Support staff and deploy them effectively
• Communicate with parents
• Maintain records and compliance
• Contribute to curriculum planning
• Ensure ratios and supervision are safe
• Contribute to other tasks as requested by the management team
The position will be 40 hours per week, and the successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references. Job-share and / or term-time options may be considered.
