Your role as a Care Assistant includes but not limited to:
Personal Care
Companionship
Moving and Handling
Cooking and Housekeeping when needed
Dementia care
Medication care
We deliver care in people's homes in the following locations:
Hertford & Ware
Puckeridge
Cheshunt, Broxbourne & surrounding
Bishop's Stortford
Buntingford
Epping & Loughton
Shifts:
7am - 2pm
4pm - 10pm
Alternate weekends (A morning or evening shift on one of the weekend days only)
*MUST DRIVE AS SOME OF OUR LOCATIONS ARE RURAL*

After an initial induction and training programme your professional development will continue with ongoing training and mentoring to enable you to fulfil your potential, whether as a carer or in another role within the company.
You will be committed, honest, friendly, reliable, and respectful. In addition to these outstanding qualities, we need you to be proactive and have a flexible approach to your work, including a willingness to work at least alternate weekends.
We would welcome applications from those with experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, Care Worker, or Home Care Assistant or with experience working in domiciliary care or care homes or residential homes.
Although previous care experience is an advantage it is not essential.
