Join Our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group!
We’re looking for a commercially minded Net Revenue Analyst to join our team in Redhill, Surrey, to play a key role in shaping our
revenue growth strategy.
In this exciting role, you’ll support the delivery of our Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategy by turning data into actionable
insights across pricing, product mix, promotions, and profitability. Your analysis will help identify new growth opportunities,
improve promotional effectiveness, and support smarter commercial decision-making across the business.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where strong Excel and analytical skills, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding
of the chilled food market will help you make a real impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, balancing multiple
priorities while delivering clear insights that drive performance.

Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 5pm, and 8.30pm – 4pm on Fridays
We also offer Hybrid and flexible working.
This role will include travel to other sites.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting net revenue.
* Monitor and report on key revenue KPIs and conduct P&L analysis across products and customers.
* Track distribution performance and highlight high-margin, under-distributed SKUs.
* Support development of pricing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
* Model price elasticity and sensitivity to assess risk and opportunity.
* Support price pack architecture modelling (format, pack size, tiering and corridors).
* Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics.
* Support promotional planning, alignment and playbook development.
* Track & evaluate promotional activity, compliance, ROI and KPI delivery.
* Provide recommendations to optimise promotional spend.
* Prepare regular detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate and timely revenue analysis.
* Assist in the development of models to predict future revenue performance.
* Partner with Commercial, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
* Provide analytical support for launches and growth initiatives. Contribute to revenue growth projects.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Exposure to business analysis/reporting and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem solver with a commercial mindset.
* Full driving licence required.
