We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven and highly organised Commercial Sales Advisor to support business growth while
managing an established portfolio of B2B customers within a fuel distribution environment.

This role combines new business generation, spot pricing, account management, and operational coordination. You will be
responsible for developing new opportunities, managing an existing customer base, and ensuring seamless order processing and
delivery — particularly for multi-site and high-volume customers.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a B2B environment and be confident managing customers ranging from
independent businesses to national franchise operations.

Day to Day

* Proactively identify and secure new B2B business opportunities.
* Manage and develop an existing portfolio of commercial customers, focusing on retention and account growth.
* Provide competitive and timely pricing for spot-buy customers in line with company guidelines and market conditions.
* Raise and process orders accurately for single-site and multi-site customers.
* Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, and credit control teams to ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed on
time.
* Act as the primary point of contact for allocated customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, quotations, orders, and account updates within internal systems.
* Support multi-site customers with structured ordering processes and ongoing account administration.
* Handle customer enquiries, and upselling opportunities.
* Assist in resolving delivery or service-related issues by liaising with internal departments to achieve prompt resolution.
* Monitor market activity and competitor movements to support commercial decision-making.




What will you bring?

* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
* Experience managing an existing customer base while actively generating new business.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
* Experience handling pricing for spot or transactional customers.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
* Commercial awareness and confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
