Job Title: Part-Time Mortgage Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Walsall, offering flexibility to work both from home and in the office.

You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers with the smooth processing of applications, ensuring excellent service for clients throughout the mortgage journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and processing mortgage applications from submission through to completion

  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to obtain updates and required documentation

  • Ensuring all client records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards

  • Preparing documentation and maintaining case files

  • Monitoring application progress and proactively resolving any issues

  • Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role preferred

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Good understanding of the mortgage process (desirable but not essential)

  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
