About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Walsall, offering flexibility to work both from home and in the office.
You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers with the smooth processing of applications, ensuring excellent service for clients throughout the mortgage journey.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and processing mortgage applications from submission through to completion

Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to obtain updates and required documentation

Ensuring all client records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards

Preparing documentation and maintaining case files

Monitoring application progress and proactively resolving any issues

Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers
Requirements

Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role preferred

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Good understanding of the mortgage process (desirable but not essential)

Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
