My client, a long‑established, family‑run engineering company based in Liverpool is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to support their office for approximately 2 weeks, with the potential to be extended depending on business needs.
• Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors with confidence and warmth
• ï¸ Providing general administrative support to the office
• Using your IT literacy to handle basic systems and office software
• Being a welcoming and reliable point of contact for staff and visitors
• A polished, friendly and approachable personality
• Someone organised, professional, and happy to get stuck into varied tasks
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Strong IT skills and willingness to learn
• £12.71 per hour
• 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
• 35 hours per week
• 30‑minute unpaid lunch
