Summary

Receptionist
Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full-Time (Flexible hours considered)
Start Date: 20/04/2026 but open for immediate start available.

At our partner secondary SEMH school in Salford, they are proud to provide a safe, supportive, and aspirational environment for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As part of our commitment to high-quality care and positive relationships, we are seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join the schools dedicated school community.

What We're Looking For
  • A welcoming and confident individual to provide reception cover

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to support a range of administrative tasks

  • A calm, compassionate approach suitable for an SEMH setting

  • Someone ready to contribute to a positive team culture

  • Immediate availability

  • School Management Suite experience essential: Arbor (Desired but not essential)

  • DBS (Enhanced on the update service or willing to obtain one).
The Role
  • Greeting visitors, families, and professionals

  • Managing calls, emails, visitor entry, and queries

  • Supporting data entry, filing, and day-to-day administration

  • Maintaining confidentiality in line with safeguarding expectations

  • Working collaboratively with all school teams

  • Hours are full-time but we can be flexible for the right person
