Skills for Care is entering an exciting new phase. As part of our new corporate strategy, we’re strengthening our commercial activity over the next five years to better support the adult social care sector. To help us do this, we’re looking for a Sales & Commercial Operations Manager to help build, run and continuously improve our sales capability in practice.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales experience who enjoys both delivering sales activity and making the engine behind it run well.

In this role, you’ll run the day-to-day sales management process, coordinate activity across target markets and keep momentum across our commercial work. You’ll also manage day-to-day commercial operations, ensuring clear processes are in place and activity across teams stays aligned and effective.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Development & Management and the Sales & Commercial Operations Lead, you’ll help test and refine how we connect with employers. That means running sales trials, analysing results and using the insight to strengthen our sales approach, messaging and materials.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Engagement, Delivery and Learning & Development to promote our products and services, support sales closure and help ensure a smooth journey from first contact through to delivery.

This role is delivery-led and focused on testing approaches in the real world, embedding what works and helping build a stronger commercial capability across Skills for Care.

If you’re excited by the chance to apply your sales experience in a purpose-driven organisation supporting the adult social care sector, we’d love to hear from you.

If you are interested in this roles, please access the full job description for further information and we look forward to receiving your application.
