The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Cleansing Operative to support maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the Tamworth area. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities-
Undertaking a range of cleansing and grounds maintenance duties

Emptying bins and litter picking
-
Assisting with fly-tipping removal

Removing graffiti and carrying out jet washing where required

Ensuring all duties are completed to agreed service and customer care standards

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or manual cleansing preferred but not essential

Basic level of literacy and numeracy

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
A 7.5 tonne (C1) licence or pre-1997 (grandfather rights) is desirable. You may also be required to open and lock the depot.
Working Hours-
Any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
