You have
- Level 2 in social care (or willing to work towards it).
- Passionate about helping customers live their best life.
- Experience caring for others (in work, family, or personal life).
- Able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and remain resilient.
- Flexible, person-centred approach, recognising every customer is unique.

What you’ll do
- Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals.
- Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
- Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college or work.
- Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.
- Complete risk assessments, support plans, goals, and reviews.
- Time for chats, building relationships, and working closely with colleagues.
The practical bits
- Flexible working hours
- We pay £50 per sleep in shift
- Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork
- Vehicle with business insurance needed for travel between services - mileage paid.
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
