Summary
We are a busy children's outpatient department, with acute and community services, across 2 sites- Arrowe Park and St Catherine's hospital. You will be responsible for the smooth running of clinics and maintaining effective communication with patients and their families. Working alongside all members of the nursing team to ensure departmental standards are maintained. Candidates should be able to communicate formally on first contact, dealing with everyone in a polite, friendly and welcoming manner. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. ensuring all communications are open, honest and accurate. Value peoples time and protect it as much as possible whilst making the environment friendly and safe for all.
