Summary
Helpdesk Administrator
Full-time, 5 days a week
Initial 3 month contract - could extend
Based in Northfleet, Kent
The individual will need to have extensive knowledge of the helpdesk operation (PPM and Reactive), and have experience in utilising MRI Evolution.
We are also looking for someone who has a very good understanding of the PFI arrangements and associated Key Performance Indicators.
