At The Compleat Food Group, we’re on a journey to transform how our HR function delivers value across the business — and we’re
looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to help drive that change.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering our HR strategy, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to
multiple workstreams while embedding continuous improvement across the function.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of HR transformation, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and aligned to strategic goals. Key
responsibilities include:
* Translating strategic priorities into clear, structured delivery plans with defined milestones and ownership
* Managing multiple workstreams, ensuring visibility of dependencies and critical paths
* Driving delivery pace through robust action tracking, governance, and proactive escalation
* Embedding Lean / Continuous Improvement ways of working to simplify processes and improve outcomes
* Producing high-quality reporting and dashboards (including Power BI) to support decision-making
* Supporting stakeholders across HR to adopt consistent tools, standards, and delivery approaches
* Ensuring governance, documentation, and reporting are audit-ready and aligned to best practice
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong programme coordination skills with a passion for continuous improvement:
Essential:
* Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programmes (PMO, coordination, or project delivery)
* Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement capability with structured problem-solving experience
* Proven ability in process mapping (current vs future state)
* Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong data literacy (Power BI desirable)
* Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail
* Experience delivering HR or people-related change
Desirable:
* Experience supporting business transformation or strategy implementation
* Experience working across both operational and central teams
What you’ll bring
* A structured, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to bring clarity to complexity
* Confidence to challenge and improve existing processes
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach
* A passion for continuous improvement and building capability in others
