We are recruiting a Senior Configuration Analyst to support and enhance our Epic electronic patient record (EPR) system at The Royal Marsden, working in partnership with clinical and operational teams to improve the digital pathways and ways to improve the efficiencies in outpatient clinics.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who is certified or accredited in at least one Epic application, preferably with experience in MyChart and MyChart Care Companion. A strong track record of collaborating with operational teams and managing configuration change in a live EPR environment is essential.

• Working on several integrated areas to ensure a coordinated approach across all teams
• Working in partnership with our partners, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Epic
• Analysing and suggesting ways to improve current workflows and working practices
• Facilitating agreement for changes in working practices with appropriate stakeholders
• Matching agreed workflows with those already built into DHR system and/or configuring the DHR system using configuration tools to tailor the system
• Assisting with testing of the systems to ensure it is safe, usable, secure and robust
