SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School
Billingham | ASAP Start | £90-£100 per day (weekly pay)
We are recruiting a confident and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Billingham.
This role will involve supporting a Year 4 pupil with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis. The successful candidate must be able to build positive relationships, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent behavioural support within the classroom.
Previous experience working with SEND pupils is essential, and candidates must be comfortable managing and supporting children who display challenging behaviour.
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for candidates with strong, relevant experience.
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
